Tesla Model X most satisfying premium luxury crossover SUV: Report

Finding data about your next new car can be difficult. Some publications, like this one, review brand new models. Others collect reliability data over time and present it. Yet other poll owners to see how satisfied they are with the product. All of these companies provide valuable insights to automakers, dealerships and you, the potential buyer.

The boffins over at AutoPacific collected surveys from 73,000+ new vehicle owners to compile the list of most satisfying vehicles to own. Making the list this year is the Tesla Model X under the Premium Luxury Crossover SUV.

The Model X is the only dedicated electric to make the list this year, but joins a list of some very good automobiles.

The most satisfying vehicle overall to own, according to AutoPacific’s results, is the BMW X6. The crossover coupe won the best overall score and was also the top scoring truck. The most satisfying passenger car was the Genesis G90. This highest satisfaction among premium brands this year goes to Lincoln while Ram wins in the Popular Brand category.

“AutoPacific VSAs give consumers true, unbiased insight into which vehicles are providing their owners with the most satisfying experience,” says AutoPacific president George Peterson.

It’s nice to see an EV make the list, and with the Model X not being the newest Tesla on the block, it’s a good indication that Tesla continues to improve the Model X over time.
